No! Your store is active as long as you want it to be! 1 month, 6 months, ongoing! You get to choose!
We do our best to keep each teams store consistent for the customers. We will allow changes in styles or options every quarter (3 months) but of course we will work with teams to make sure they are satisfied with the products available to their customers.
Custom or made‑to‑order items are non‑returnable, unless there is a defect or printing issue.
We’ll make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we’ll replace the item at no cost.
We send out payouts to teams / organizations every quarter. We also send and itemized breakdown on what was sold in your team store.
Any teams or organizations can be a part of this program! You can choose to participate as a "team" or as a organization as a whole.
Travel Teams, Club Teams, Rec Teams, School Teams! Any youth sports teams can participate.
